Caroline County Public Schools is pleased to announce that Mr. Stephen Salvato will be joining the Caroline Middle School leadership team as Assistant Principal for the 23-24 school year. Mr. Salvato has worked as an educator for the past 12 years serving as a high school department head, social studies teacher, and debate coach. Among his numerous accomplishments, Mr. Salvato was named the 2022-2023 Division Teacher of the Year for Hanover County Public Schools.
Mr. Salvato earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Government and Economics and Secondary Education from The College of William & Mary and , post-master’s certificate in Leadership from Longwood University.
Focused on building the capacity of students and staff, Mr. Salvato is eager to bring his extensive experience in engaging instruction, teacher mentorship, and leadership to the Eagle family. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Salvato to Caroline Middle School.
