The purpose of the CMS Step Team is to create an atmosphere of unity and diversity through stepping and group creativity. The group’s primary responsibility is to entertain, give back through community service projects, develop a sense of pride, gain leadership skills, and develop a camaraderie between their teammates. Our motto is Live, Laugh, Love and Lift.
The team will start off with a bonding activity chosen by the team. Our performances will include Black History Programs, basketball halftime shows, competitions, performing at our community events, etiquette classes, and celebrating through the year festering in our similarities (movies, games, eating…). Our ultimate goal is to build the step program, and embrace new challenges enjoying the moments through living, laughing, loving, and lifting.
