Caroline County Public Schools is pleased to announce that Ms. Lailah Rajab-Bland will join Bowling Green Elementary School as the Admin Intern. Ms. Rajab-Bland has served as a proud educator for over 17 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Religious Studies and her Masters in Administration and Supervision. Her extensive knowledge in education ranges from Pre-K to Middle and High School English teacher, in addition to recently serving as a Reading Interventionist in the City of
Richmond. She has served as an English Department Chair, while being a member of the Literacy Team, and School Improvement Teams. Ms. Rajab-Bland believes in providing best practices that support each individual’s needs in achieving their goals. She values education, excellence, equity, and service. We are excited to welcome her to Caroline!
