The Caroline County Public Schools Nutrition Department is seeking bids for the 2023-24 school year in the following categories: 1) primary food vendor vendor 2) fresh fruit and produce 3) milk and dairy 4) bread and bakery goods and 5) paper goods, disposables and supplies.
A bid package is available for each category. Qualified parties may pick up a package in person at the School Nutrition Office or may request it to be sent via email.
Please be observant of all proposal instructions and specifications. Should questions arise, you may contact the Food Service Office at 804-633-6732. Bids will be accepted until noon on June 26, 2023.
Caroline County School Nutrition reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or part, any and all bids and to waive informalities.
