Ticket Information
- Every senior must complete this form to ensure all necessary information is collected for graduation.
- Seniors MUST use their CCPS email account to fill out the form.
- Questions 1-4 are required for all seniors and must be answered and submitted.
- Question 5 is optional and should only be completed by those requesting ADA seating for their allotted free tickets.
- Everyone who attends the ceremony must have a ticket regardless of the age of the child.
- Completing this form on time helps us finalize seating arrangements and ensure a smooth, well-organized ceremony for everyone.

Event Parking Information
- No one will be allowed into the parking areas of the facility unless the vehicle has the appropriate parking permit.
- Parking permits will be distributed along with tickets at the mandatory graduation practice on May 19th.
