DECA members will travel to Virginia Beach, VA on Friday, March 3rd to compete in the State Leadership Competition. Sarah Appalsammy and Jack Frank will compete in Individual Series events; Ryan Colovos and Leigh-Ann Previs will compete in the Team Decision Making Series; Bethany Bane, Rebeca Lovo-Flores, and Sean Kessler will present their proposal for the School Based Enterprise Exploratory competition, and Micah Williams will attend the DECA Leadership Academy.
DECA is a co-curricular organization that prepares students for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management through school projects and district, state, and international competitions.
